  • 1/2 cup Ground Cumin; + 2 tsps
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 8 ounces mini chocolate chips
  • 3 cups INGREDIENTS:
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 cups chopped dates
  • 1/4 teaspoon egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 ounces ham, chopped in small pieces 1/2 lb. Farmer cheese, cut up
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon Granola Bars

Instructions
  1. Cream margarine, shortening and cream cheese
  2. Gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed with electric mixer
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition
  4. Combine flour, baking soda and salt
  5. Add to creamed mixture, stirring just until blended
  6. Stir in remaining ingredients
  7. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan
  8. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes
  9. Cool in pan for 10 to 15 minutes
  10. Remove from pan
