Country Sideboard Venison and Potatoes
  • 1b. onions until carmelized, about 9 minutes.
  • 4medium potatoes
  • 1small onion
  • olive oil
  1. Brown sausage in one skillet
  2. In another skillet add olive oil and cook potatoes and onion until tender & brown
  3. Then mix sausage and potato/onion mixture together
  4. Serve with beans, cornbread and bread and butter pickles
