  • 2 small toasted pecans
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 round cooked has brown
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 cans red potatoes, quartered and cut into ½-inch slices
  • 1 small can salmon, drained
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • Buttered box instant lemon pudding

Instructions
  1. Sauté onion in butter until softened
  2. Blend in flour and milk
  3. Stirring constantly until thickened
  4. Add crab meat, pimento and cheese
  5. It's also good to mix different cheeses like Cheddar, Swiss and mozzarella
  6. Spoon half of the mixture into a greased baking dish
  7. Sprinkle with bread crumbs
  8. Repeat layers
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
