Ingredients
  • 1 package finely shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup beef flavoring from the noodles
  • 1/2 cup button or baby bella mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Topping:
  • 1 cup marshmallows, optional
  • 1/2 cup melted oleo
  • 1/2 cup Rotel tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup coarsely crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 teaspoons Topping:
  • 1 cup marshmallows, optional
  • 1/2 cup melted oleo
  • 1/2 cup Rotel tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions
  1. Dissolve gelatin and salt in hot water
  2. Add cold water and lemon juice
  3. Chill until slightly thickened
  4. Fold in cranberry sauce, pineapple, celery, apple and nuts
  5. Pour into molds
  6. Chill until firm
  7. Serves five to six
