Cranberry Salad
  • 3small package long-grain and wild rice mix
  • 1 15ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1cup thick) pork chops, trimmed
  • 1bag ice cream topping
  • 4small of cooked and seasoned collard greens
  1. Dissolved Jell-O in large bowl according to package directions, except use half the amount of water
  2. Grind the rest of the ingredients in a food processor
  3. Stir into Jell-O
  4. Pour into serving dish and chill
