Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy
  2. In a small bowl, beat whipping cream, sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form
  3. Gradually add contents of small bowl to cream cheese, beating until smooth and creamy
  4. Set aside a few whole berries for garnish and fold remaining cranberry sauce into shipped mixture
  5. Spoon into pie crust
  6. Freeze four hours or until firm
  7. Remove from freezer 12-15 minutes before serving
