  • 2 cups Add 1 large bottle catsup
  • 2 medium bottles A-1 sauce
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 medium cooking spray
  • 2 cups scalded canned milk
  • 2 cups Bay Leaf
  • 1/2 cup the Caramel Sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
  1. Cook potatoes in slated water until tender
  2. Sauté onions in butter
  3. Stir in broth and milk
  4. Puree peas and potatoes in blender
  5. Mix purees and broth-milk mixture
  6. Stir with wire whisk
  7. Add cream until soup is a pleasing consistency
  8. Add salt and pepper
  9. Garnish with whole black eye peas and spinach leaves
