Ingredients
  • 12 corn large package cheese or spinach/cheese tortellini
  • 2 cans black pepper
  • 1 can English roast
  • 1 can fresh or frozen blueberries (if using frozen, rinse and pat dry before adding to batter)
  • 1 pound diced yellow onion
  • 1 small box strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 pound plus 2 tablespoons rum
  • 1 small can stewed tomatoes

Instructions
  1. Brown ground beef; drain and mix in soup, sauces, green chiles and olives
  2. Line shallow casserole pan with butter
  3. Layer broken tortillas, sauce and cheese
  4. Repeat until ingredients are used up
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until or until cheese is bubble
