  • 4 ounces cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
  • 3 ounces sliced potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons grown mushrooms, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup Pet Light Evaporated Skimmed Milk
  • 1 cup plum tomatoes, cut lengthwise into quarters
  • 1/4 cup ready-to-serve vegetable broth

Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions
  2. In sauce pan, combine next three ingredients
  3. Heat, stirring with whisk until smooth
  4. Stir in pasta
  5. Add broccoli and sun-dried tomatoes and toss to combine
  6. Sprinkle with black pepper, if desired
  7. Serves four
