Creole Peas
Ingredients
  • 2cans crab (imitation is fine), chopped1 cup artichokes, chopped2 cups mayonnaise2 cups parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Saut? celery, onion and bell pepper in butter until tender; add drained peas and catsup
  2. Simmer 10 minutes more
  3. Yield: 6-8 servings
