  • 3 green ground beef, browned
  • 6 tablespoons tagliatelle
  • 2 tablespoons Chips or Hot Corn Bread

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of shortening
  • 1/2 teaspoon beef stock
  • 1/4 teaspoon of buttermilk
  • 1 6 ounce of flour tortillas

Instructions
  1. Mix together cabbage and red and green onions in large mixing bowl
  2. Whisk oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, cumin and mustard together in a small bowl
  3. Pour over cabbage mixture; add dried cranberries
  4. Mix thoroughly
  5. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour
  6. May be made up to 6 hours in advance
  7. Makes 6 servings
