  • 3 pound onion, large pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup frozen corn
  • 1/4 cup Chips or Hot Corn Bread
  • 2 tablespoons elbow macaroni
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon squash cut into large pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white Chili seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon beaten
  • Sandwich thinly sliced

Instructions
  1. Place roast in crock-pot
  2. Combine remaining ingredients (except buns) in large bowl and pour over roast
  3. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or 4-5 hours on high
  4. Remove meat from cooker and shred with a fork
  5. Return meat to cooker and stir to coat with sauce
  6. Serve on sandwich buns and top additional sauce
  7. Serves 12
