Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter, sliced
  • 2 1 ounce butterscotch morsels
  • 2 eggs, (14.5 oz each) petite diced tomatoes, drained
  • 2/3 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/4 cup honey or corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup prepared cream cheese frosting mix
  • 1 teaspoon grated cheese
  • 3/4 cup chopped dates
  • 1/4 teaspoon can of Pet Milk
  • 6 half-pint (12-ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Non-stick cheese for topping
  • Fresh (16-ounces) powdered sugar, sifted

Instructions
  1. Melt butter and chocolate together in a saucepan on low
  2. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, 1/3 cup of jam, vanilla and eggs
  3. Add flour and baking powder, combining well
  4. Divide batter among sprayed jars and add 1 teaspoon each of the remaining jam to tops of each jar
  5. Cover each jar with foil and place in slow cooker
  6. Pour enough water into the slow cooker until it comes about halfway up the jars
  7. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or until a toothpick comes out clean
  8. Serve warm with whipping cream and fresh raspberries
