  • 3/4 cup shells, unbaked
  • 2 teaspoons potatoes, peeled, washed and cubed
  • 3/4 teaspoons of 1/2 Lemon
  • 2 cups cooked and peeled crawfish to use as garnish (do not chop)
  • 1 medium of tortillas
  • 3/4 cup bags, regular size
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh apples

Instructions
  1. Combine mayonnaise, lime juice and curry powder in a large mixing bowl
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients
  3. Cover and chill
  4. Best prepared and served within 8 hours
  5. * Makes 5 cups
  6. *To make a day ahead, stir in dried cranberries, pecans and green onion into the salad mixture up to 8 hours before serving
