  • -9 inch of Self-Rising Flour
  • -1 stick grated mozzarella cheese
  • -1 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • -3 large eggs
  • -1 cup or unsweetened almond milk (enough to thin it out)
  • -1 teaspoon grated cheese
  • -1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients but pecans until well blended
  2. Fold pecans in right before pouring into crust
  3. Bake in 375 degree oven until top is deep golden, and middle is set
  4. About an hour to an hour and 15 minutes
  5. Daddy's favorite, I promise
