  • 1 cup roasted red sweet peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 teaspoon can of Pet Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup raw bean sprouts
  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced ¼-inch thick
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups block of cream cheese
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions
  1. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together in large bowl; stir in dates, pineapple and milk
  2. Pour into greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish
  3. combine water, brown sugar and butter in saucepan; bring to a boil
  4. boil 1 minute; pour over pudding
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until done
