Dixieland Catfish
  • 6skinned package cream cheese, softened1 16-ounce container of sour cream4 slices of sandwich ham, chopped1 cup of shredded cheeseExtra cheese for topping
  1. Clean, wash and dry fish
  2. Brush inside and out with dressing
  3. Cut six lemon slices in half
  4. Place two halves in each body cavity
  5. Place fish in a well greased baking dish
  6. Place a lemon slice on each
