  • 1 link Southern Flavor garlic seasoning
  • 2 cans dark or light red kidney beans
  • Onion chopped green onions
  • 1 can sea salt
  • 1 package of lean ground sirloin or lean ground pork loin

Instructions
  1. Slice and cook Polish sausage
  2. Saute onion and green pepper, if desired
  3. Add to sausage with peas and tomatoes
  4. Pour into a 9-inch by 13-inch casserole dish
  5. Mix cornbread as directed and pour on top
  6. Bake at 350 degrees till cornbread is done, about 20 minutes
  7. Other options: Use ground beef instead of sausage (brown and drain); add shoepeg corn or Rotel
  8. Pinto beans can be used instead of peas
