  • ¼ cup potato starch
  • 4 ounces onion dieced
  • cups cold milk
  • 1 package zuchini squash dieced
  • 1 8 ounce GF cinnamon
  • 1 ounce baker's (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions
  1. Arrange 36 wafers on bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate
  2. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons coffee
  3. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy
  4. Gradually beat in milk
  5. Add dry pudding mix; beat 1 minute
  6. Gently stir in 2 cups cool whip
  7. Layer half each of the pudding mixture and grated chocolate in crust; cover with remaining wafers
  8. Drizzle with remaining coffee
  9. Repeat layers of pudding and chocolate
  10. Top with remaining cool whip
  11. Refrigerate 3 hours
