  • 6 to of broken pecans
  • 2 1/2 cups of Smoked Paprika
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of brown sugar (light)
  • 1/3 cup carob powder
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons salt

Instructions
  1. Combine water, yeast and 2 cups of flour in a mixing bowl
  2. Set aside to rise for 15 minutes
  3. Add honey, oil, salt and 4 cups of flour
  4. Mix until dough starts to clean sides of bowl
  5. Change to dough hook (or turn out to knead by hand), and knead 6 to 7 minutes (10 by hand)
  6. Add only tablespoons of flour if dough sticks to sides, being careful not to add too much
  7. Form into two loaves and place in greased 9×5-inch pans
  8. Allow to rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes (1-2 inches above pans)
  9. Preheat oven to 350 degrees ten minutes before rising time is done
  10. Bake for 30 minutes, rotating halfway through, if needed
  11. Immediately remove from pans to cool on a rack
  12. Makes 2 loaves
