  • 2 sticks melted butter, plus 4 tablespoons
  • 1/2 cup tomato, sliced
  • 2 1/2 cups INGREDIENTS:
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 cups margarine
  • 1/4 teaspoon can of Pet Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 2 cups ground cumin

Instructions
  1. Cream butter, shortening and sugar
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition
  3. Combine flour and baking powder
  4. Add to butter mixture alternately with eggnog
  5. Stir in flavorings and pecans
  6. Pour batter into a greased and floured tube pan
  7. Start in a cold oven and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325 degrees
