Em's Peppermint Mocha
  • 3Tbls. Swish or Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 11/2Tbls. ground mustard
  • 1/4cup (16 oz. ) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 12oz. marshmallow cream
  • Whipped cracker crumbs
  • Crushed cubed fully cooked ham (2 cups)
  1. Combine equal parts of Mocha powder and water to make a syrup
  2. Add a shot of expresso and peppermint syrup
  3. Add steamed milk
  4. Top with whipped cream and crushed peppermint
  5. Makes a 16 oz
