Ingredients
  • 8 skinless dieced tomatoes
  • Flour Moore's Original Marinate
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons tagliatelle
  • 1 cup regular bacon cut in half
  • 2 red cooked chicken (I use the frozen Southwestern Tyson strips)
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 sprig Barilla whole wheat noodles
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
  1. Wash and pat the chicken dry
  2. Lightly flour the chicken
  3. Cook the chicken in the butter and oil until golden brown on all sides
  4. Cut the onion and peppers into thin strips
  5. Add the onions peppers, balsamic vinegar, rosemary, salt and pepper, reduce heat to simmer and cook uncovered for 15-20 minutes
  6. If the mixture becomes dry add boiling water in small amounts to moisten
  7. I serve this dish with risotto or pasta
  8. Makes 4 servings
