Fresh Strawberry Soup
  • 2pints reduced fat Bisquick?1 ? cups Splenda?2 eggs? cup old-fashioned Quaker oats?1 tablespoon vanilla1 snack box raisins (may use golden raisins if you like)1 tea
  1. Puree strawberries in food processor (or blender)
  2. In a saucepan blend cornstarch with 1/4 cup orange juice, then add remaining juice, wine and sugar
  3. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and add strawbe
