  • 6 medium can whole grain yellow corn
  • 1 cup celery, small stalks and leaves
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • 6 tablespoons and chili pepper to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
  1. In greased shallow baking dish, layer half of tomatoes (core them if needed)
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  3. Add half the crumbs and half the cheese; then top with half the butter, in small bits
  4. Layer the other half of tomatoes, with seasoning and cheese
  5. Add remaining crumbs and butter last
  6. Bake covered at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, then uncover and bake another 10 minutes or until brown
