  • 1 pint all-purpose flour, sifted
  • ½ cup green and or red sweet peppers
  • 2 teaspoons INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • Vegetable oregano, optional
  • carob powder
  • Whipped cracker crumbs

Instructions
  1. Scoop 4 or 5 balls of ice cream into a bowl and place in the freezer
  2. Combine the cornflakes, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl
  3. Roll the ice cream balls in half the crumb mixture
  4. Return to the freezer
  5. Beat the egg in a bowl
  6. Dip the ice cream balls in the egg and roll in the remaining crumbs
  7. Return to the freezer
  8. Preheat oil to 350 degrees in a deep-fryer
  9. Place ice cream ball in the fryer basket, fry for 1 minute
  10. Remove to a dessert plate
  11. Drizzle with honey and top with whipped cream
  12. Repeat with the remaining ice cream balls
  13. Yield 4-5 servings
