Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon pecans (chopped or whole, whichever you prefer)
  • 1/2 cup forgiveness
  • 1/2 cup faith
  • 2 tablespoons can Italian style stewed tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves drained and rinsed dark red kidney beans (from one 15-ounce can)
  • 1 cup 4 cups water
  • 2 eggs, (14.5 oz each) petite diced tomatoes, drained

Instructions
  1. In a skillet, stir together over it, vegetables and garlic
  2. Cover and cook over medium heat until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 4 to 5 minutes
  3. Stir in rice
  4. Cook, stirring constantly, about 3 to 5 minutes
  5. Pour in eggs
  6. Cook, stirring gently, until eggs are done
  7. Serve with teriyaki sauce on the table
