  • 1 fresh 8 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 fresh Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks
  • 2 bottle red food coloring
  • 1 tablespoon Topping:
  • 1 cup block of cream cheese
  • Mint 2 dashes chili powder
  • Honey-Vanilla Dressing:
  • 1/3 cup pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon carob powder

Instructions
  1. Slice fruit into wedges
  2. Combine lemon juice and water
  3. Dip fruit slices into lemon juice mixture
  4. Arrange fruit on platter
  5. Garnish ingredients
  6. Place dressing in a bowl for dipping or pour over fruit
  7. Makes 4 servings
  8. 100 calories per serving
