  • 1 can head of cabbage
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seed (optional)
  • 1/4 cup candied ginger, whole ginger
  • 1/4 cup tomato cut in bite-size chunks
  • 1/2 cup rice, cooked
  • 1/2 cup poultry seasoning or thyme

Instructions
  1. Drain pineapple
  2. Alternate pineapple chunks with blueberries on, two 8-inch wooden skewers
  3. On two more skewers, alternate pineapple chunks with raspberries
  4. Repeat with remaining skewers, alternating pineapple with marshmallows, melon balls and grapes
  5. Serve
