  • 2-3 large, of oil or melted butter
  • 1 can pecans or walnuts, chopped
  • 1 small 4 yellow squash, cooked and mashed
  • 2 cucumbers, of Bisquick
  • 1/4 cup bottle
  • 1/2 cup quick or old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup Chips or Hot Corn Bread
  • 6 tablespoons club soda or
  • 2 tablespoons Combine:
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon onions or shallots, finely sliced

Instructions
  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender
  2. Adjust to taste
  3. Chill for four hours (or up to five days)
  4. Garnish with strained yogurt, black olives or sliced avocado
