Ingredients
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 3 slices tomatoes, optional
  • 1 medium cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoons chopped dates
  • 1 tablespoons INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Dash or sweet onion, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup block of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

  • 4 medium potatoes

Instructions
  1. Prepare and cook potatoes; cool
  2. Cook bacon until crisp
  3. Cook onion in bacon fat over medium heat
  4. Stir until tender
  5. Stir in flour, sugar, salt, celery and pepper
  6. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until bubbly
  7. Remove from heat
  8. Stir in water and vinegar
  9. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly
  10. Boil one minute
  11. Remove from heat
  12. Stir in potatoes and bacon
  13. Heat, stirring gently to coat potatoes
  14. Serve hot or cold
