  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups tub Cool Whip
  • 1 tablespoon chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 3 tablespoons Topping:
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cups chopped dates
  • 1 tablespoon can of Pet Milk
  • 1 teaspoon egg
  • Lemon blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 3/4 cup Topping:
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter

Instructions
  1. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy
  2. Beat in eggs, one at a time
  3. Beat in yogurt, peel, juice and vanilla
  4. Mix flour, baking powder, beating to blend
  5. Pour batter into a greased and floured tube pan
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes or until edges pull from pan and center springs back when pressed lightly
  7. Remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes
  8. While cake is cooling, combine glaze ingredients
  9. Invert cake to release
  10. Tip back into pan
  11. Pierce cake all over
  12. Pour glaze over cake
  13. Cool 1 hour then turn onto a serving plate
