Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix by hand (do not use electric mixer to combine the ingredients)
  2. Using a tablespoon scoop, drop mounds of dough onto a parchment-lined cookie baking sheet
  3. Bake 13-14 minutes in preheated 325 degree oven
  4. Let cool 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet
  5. Yield: approximately 5 dozen
