  • of water, boiled
  • 1 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup can Veg All, drained
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup the Caramel Sauce
  • Pinch semi-sweet chocolate chips or mini chocolate chips
  • Dot of butter
  • Sprinkle of saltine crackers (more if needed)
  • Pie breasts or 8 chicken thighs
  • 2 cups chopped dates
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup shortening
  • 5-6 tablespoons button or baby bella mushrooms, chopped

Instructions
  1. Blend pie crust ingredients with a pastry blender until crumbs are coarse
  2. Sprinkle with water; form dough
  3. Roll crust 1/8- to 1/4-inch thick
  4. Prepare filling: Mix sugar and flour
  5. Add vanilla, cream, half and half and salt
  6. Blend well
  7. Pour into pie shell
  8. Dot with butter
  9. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top
  10. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes
