  • 1 dozen tenderloins
  • 1 dozen flour, heaping
  • 3 large onions
  • 3 tablespoon salt
  • 2 cups INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 pints frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Instructions
  1. Chop peppers and onions very fine
  2. Cover with boiling water and let stand 10 minutes
  3. Drain
  4. Cover again with hot water and let come to a boil
  5. Let stand 10-15 minutes
  6. Drain dry
  7. Add salt, vinegar and sugar
  8. Cool for 15 minutes
  9. Pack in jars
  10. Process in a water bath cooler for 10 minutes
