Grilled Deer Tenderloin
Ingredients
  • 1pkg. cornbread crumbs
  • 1T. cinnamon (or to taste)
  • 1/2stick butter
  • 1c, dried sage
  • 4slices 1/4 box saltine cracker crumbs
Instructions
  1. Melt brown sugar and butter in pan, stirring to dissolve sugar
  2. Wrap each loin in bacon and secure with toothpick
  3. Place in Zip-Lock Bag
  4. Pour melted butter mixture over all
  5. Then pour Moore’s Marinate to cover all
  6. Marinate overnight, turning package
  7. Grill on BBQ until desired doneness
