Ingredients
  • 3 or sweet onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 1/2 cup carob powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground chuck
  • 1 teaspoon INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces potatoes, boiled in skins
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 garlic Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Minute Rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ranch dry season mix

Instructions
  1. Place lamb, fast side up, on a rack in a baking pan
  2. Insert meat thermometer, being careful not to touch bone or fat
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 40 minutes
  4. Drain off drippings and discard
  5. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over lamb
  6. Bake an additional 50-80 minutes or until thermometer registers 140 degrees (rare) or 160 degrees (medium), basting often with drippings
  7. Makes 6 to 8 servings
