Ingredients
  • 1 package shredded cheddar cheese (your choice)
  • 1 stick cocktail sausages
  • 2 cups jalapenos, halved lengthwise and seeded, and placed in cold water for 30 minutes (to soften)
  • 1/4 cup of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • dash onion salt
  • 1 can the Cabbage:
  • salt cayenne pepper, optional
  • french of ground sausage (in a roll)

Instructions
  1. -Melt butter in a 13x9 baking dish in a 350 degree oven
  2. -Mix butter, hashbrowns, cheese, minced onion, salt, pepper, garlic, & soup all together
  3. Place in baking dish and bake for 30 minutes
  4. -Remove & top with french fried onions & bake 10 minutes longer
  5. -Enjoy! -This is my husbands & daddy's favorite!!!
