Ingredients
  • 1 package shredded cheddar cheese (your choice)
  • 1 stick cocktail sausages
  • 2 cups jalapenos, halved lengthwise and seeded, and placed in cold water for 30 minutes (to soften)
  • 1/4 cup of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • Dash onion salt
  • 1 can the Cabbage:
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • French of ground sausage (in a roll)

Instructions
  1. Melt butter in a 13x9-baking dish in a 350-degree oven
  2. Mix butter, hashbrowns, cheese, minced onion, salt, pepper, garlic and soup
  3. Place in baking dish and bake for 30 minutes
  4. Remove and top with French fried onions and bake 10 minutes longer
  5. Enjoy! This is my husband’s and daddy’s favorite!
