Herbed Roasting Ears
Ingredients
  • ?cup soft butter
    1 teaspoon dried rosemary
    ? teaspoon dried marjoram
    6 ears sweet corn, husked and silked
    1 head romaine lettuce
Instructions
  1. Blend butter with herbs and spread on corn
  2. Wrap each ear of corn in 2 to 3 leaves of romaine lettuce Place in shallow baking dish
  3. Cover tightly with foil
  4. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes
