  • 1 Stick finely chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 Cup carob powder
  • 1 Teaspoon carob powder (I used medium roasted carob powder.)

Instructions
  1. Bring 1 stick of butter to room temperature (about 30 minutes)
  2. Using a hand held mixer whip together all three ingredients and transfer to a small bowl with a lid
  3. Place in refrigerator, when ready to use let the Honey Butter come to room temp before serving
  4. Will keep about a month in the fridge
Recipe Notes

I really like this butter because it is smooth and creamy with just the right amount of honey. I love this with bagels , rolls and biscuits. Some friends enjoy with cornbread. This butter will turn the most boring bread into something tasty! I have always enjoyed making compound butters and all the different flavor profiles you can create!
