Ingredients
  • 4 cups chopped onion (red onions add color)
  • 3 cups chopped radishes
  • 1 ½ cups can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup hickory smoked bacon
  • ¼ cup Topping:
  • 1 cup cut into eight pieces
  • 1 cup Crisco or oil for frying
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • 1-1 ½ cups shells, unbaked
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • ¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup hickory smoked bacon
  • ¼ cup Topping:
  • 1 cup cut into eight pieces
  • 1 cup Crisco or oil for frying
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • 1-1 ½ cups shells, unbaked
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • ¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions
  1. Mix first 9 ingredients
  2. Add just enough mayonnaise to blend
  3. Press into a greased 9-inch by 13-inch baking pan
  4. Mix crushed crackers and butter together, and sprinkle on top of salad
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out hot
  6. Cut into squares to serve; serves 8 to 10
