  • Butter
  • 3 cups fat-free, reduced calorie bread, made into crumbs
  • 3/4 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 can self-rising cornmeal mix
  • 1/2 cup light salt
  • 1 1/3 cups shells, unbaked
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons Topping:
  • 2 cups water or more if needed
  • 1 cup package frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup no-stick cooking spray

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter
  3. In a medium bowl, combine turkey, celery, water chestnuts, red bull pepper, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, one cup cheddar cheese; mix well
  4. Place the mixture in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through
  5. In a medium bowl, combine the remaining one cup cheddar cheese, one half cup mozzarella cheese and cron flakes
