Ingredients
  • 21/2 cups low-salt tune (always buy dolphin safe tune)
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 8- ounce herb dressing
  • 1 jar Gala apple, chopped
  • 1/2 gallon LIME* (boil 2 cups sprite, add lemon and lime jellos, 2 cups citrus vodka)

Instructions
  1. Crush cookies to a fine consistency
  2. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter
  3. Press into a 13×9 pan or a spring form pan
  4. Divide slightly softened vanilla ice cream into sections and press into cookie crust
  5. Spread fudge over the ice cream, it is a little easier to work with if it is slightly warm
  6. Top with cool whip
  7. Freeze at least 3 to 4 hours before serving
