Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Ground Cumin; + 2 tsps
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 2 cups INGREDIENTS:
  • 5 eggs, water + 5 cups water
  • 2 cups package of confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon egg
  • 1 cup jam (any kind, but preferably homemade blackberry with the seeds in and nothing used but sugar and berries to make the jam)
  • 1 cup ground cumin
  • 1 4 ounce 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
  • 1 teaspoon grated cheese
  • Cream ON THE BEACH** boil 1 cup cranberry juice, add 3 oz pkg orange Jell-O, 3 oz peach schnapps, 5 oz vodka
  • 3 3 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg, (14.5 oz each) petite diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon grated cheese
  • Dash semi-sweet chocolate chips or mini chocolate chips
  • 2 16 ounce package strawberry

Instructions
  1. Cream margarine, shortening and sugar in bowl until light and fluffy
  2. add egg yolks; beat well
  3. Add flour, soda and buttermilk; mix well
  4. Stir in nuts, coconut and vanilla
  5. Fold stiffly beaten egg whites gently into batter
  6. Pour into four greased and floured cake pans (nine inch) and bake at 350 degrees until cake test is done
  7. frost cooled cake with cream cheese frosting
  8. Cream cheese frosting: Combine first four ingredients in mixer bowl; beat until well blended
  9. Add confectioners' sugar gradually, beating until of spreading consistency
  10. Frost cooled cake
