Jalapeno Poppers
  • 10jalapeno peppers
    8-ounces sour cream
    8-ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 package bacon
  1. Cut each pepper in half, length wise and scoop out all of the seeds
  2. Mix sour cream and cheese and put a spoonful in each pepper half
  3. Wrap each pepper with a piece or half a piece of bacon depending
