  • ?onion, chopped
    ? red pepper, cored, seeded and finely chopped
    ? stick real butter
    2-3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    2 cups chicken broth
    1 5 ?-ounce can V-8? juice

  1. In a large skillet, cook the onion and red pepper in butter until soft
  2. Stir in flour
  3. Add chicken broth
  4. Stir in V-8? and half-and-half
  5. Heat through
  6. Add Creole seasoning to taste and stir
  7. Mix in c
