Instructions
  1. Brown ground beef, onions and garlic; drain
  2. Add remaining ingredients except cheese
  3. Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until hot and bubbly
  4. Sprinkle with cheese just before serving
  5. Serves 16-20, great for large groups
