Kodiak Casserole
  • 2pounds diced yellow onion
  • 4cups chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 2garlic whole roasted almonds
  • 3medium blueberries (wild are best)
  • 4cups Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 5 3/4ounce French bread, crust removed1 8-ounce package cream cheese1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen12 eggs2 cups milk? cup maple syrup Cut bread into 1-inch cu
  • 1 4ounce all-purpose flour? cup whole-wheat flour? cup sugar3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 10 ¾ounce blueberry Jell-O? or gelatin2 cups boiling water1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, not drained1 can blueberries, not drained Or 1? cups fresh blueberries, plus ? cup wat
  • 1 8ounce fresh or canned mushrooms (option)
  • 1 18ounce blueberries2 cups sugar, divided
  • 2tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3-4cups blueberry yogurt? cup coconut? cup walnuts, chopped (or other nut)
  • 1cup can crushed pineapple, undrained
  1. Brown ground beef, onions and garlic; drain
  2. Add remaining ingredients except cheese
  3. Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until hot and bubbly
  4. Sprinkle with cheese just before serving
  5. Serves 16-20, great for large groups
