Ingredients
  • 8 ounces sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and sliced
  • 2 cups steamed broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup 2 percent milk
  • 2 tablespoons bacon
  • 2 tablespoons bacon grease (or coconut oil)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon diced each: green, red, orange, yellow bell peppers
  • Dash salt
  • Dash Ranch dry season mix
  • 1 3/4 cups Molly McButter Natural Roasted Garlic Flavor Sprinkles

Instructions
  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain well
  2. Separate noodles and lay out flat on waxed paper or aluminum foil to keep pieces from sticking as they cool
  3. Combine in medium bowl- ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley flakes, eggs, oregano, salt and pepper for filling
  4. Spread about 1/4 cup cheese filling on each noodle to within 1 inch at one end; beginning at filled end roll up jelly roll fashion
  5. Pour about 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce on bottom of 9x11 inch microwave-safe dish or casserole
  6. Place roll-ups, seam side down, in single layer in pan; cover with remaining sauce
  7. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese
  8. if desired
  9. cover with waxed paper; microwave on high for 8-12 minutes, or until filling is hot and bubbly
  10. Makes 9 rolls
